Evelyn “Eve” Cardwell (b. 2002, Asheville, NC) is a visual artist currently residing and creating in Boone, North Carolina. Recently obtaining a B.F.A. in Studio Art from Appalachian State University, Eve specializes in painting and drawing.

Primarily working with acrylic paint, Eve seamlessly incorporates weaving techniques into their artistic practice. Their exploration of the human experience is centered around themes of intimacy, sensuality, and connection. Through the language of the body, Eve communicates complex emotional experiences, skillfully manipulating color, figure composition, and the interplay of light.
